Prof. Justin Moskolaï Ngossaha is an Associate Professor and researcher in Computer Science at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Douala. His research interests lie in urban data management and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on sustainable complex systems and data-driven decision-making. He has made significant contributions to numerous research projects and peer-reviewed publications, notably in the design and application of decision support systems for optimizing sustainable and resilient solutions in urban and socio-technical contexts. Beyond his academic activities, Prof. Ngossaha is actively engaged in the advancement of artificial intelligence ecosystems in Africa. He currently serves as Vice President of KmerAI and Secretary General of IndabaX Cameroon, where he contributes to capacity building, research dissemination, and the promotion of AI for societal impact. He also coordinates the ISDM (Intelligent & Sustainable Decision Making) research team, reinforcing his commitment to interdisciplinary research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data science, and sustainability.
